On receipt of acceptance of the order we will begin processing it, and you will be kept up to date on the progress. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours after we receive your payment.

Information on availability is given next to each product, as to how much time may be needed before we can dispatch it – usually this ranges from 24 to 48 hours.

Methods of payment

• Wire Transfer in EURO – payment should be made to the bank account number given in the e-mail you will receive from us confirming acceptance of the order. You can make the transfer online or at a bank. After the payment is credited to our account we will ship the order.

Methods of delivery

We recommend deliveries by DHL & DPD Courier. A courier delivery firm can usually deliver an order within one to four working days of dispatch depending on your location. A delivery by Priority Air Mail is also available.
